The Programs Committee plans the content and schedule for delivery of all chapter networking, social, and educational events each month. The committee selects topics for each month's program, secures speakers and venues, and presents the program in an environment that encourages fostering a community of professionals in sustainable design and construction throughout the National Capital Region.
The committee's big events of the year are the "Midsummer Night's Green" networking event in July, and the "Green Tie Affair" networking event in December, both in conjunction with other sustainable design organizations in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area.
