O+M 251: Understanding the Building Operations + Maintenance LEED Rating System

The NCR Chapter is offering the O+M 251: Understanding the Building Operations + Maintenance LEED Rating System technical workshop from USGBC on September 3rd, at the Charleston Area Alliance Building, Training Room, 1116 Smith St., Charleston, WV 25301. This workshop provides an understanding of the scope of the LEED O+M rating system, examining all prerequisites and credits in LEED O+M's six credit categories: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy & Atmosphere, Indoor Environmental Quality, Materials & Resources, and Innovation in Operations; it also addresses Regional Priority credits. The course qualifies for a partial tuition reimbursement under the PEPCO C&I Energy Savings Program for customers in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties in Maryland and in the District of Columbia.
