Call for Presentations Announced for "Real Green Mid-Atlantic" Conference

by Robert Phinney, Conference Programs Chairman

The conference planning committee of the region's newly-announced "Real Green Mid-Atlantic Conference and Exposition" has announced a nationwide release of its Call for Presentations.

The US Green Building Council's National Capital Region chapter offers an extraordinary opportunity for sustainability education through the "Real Green Mid-Atlantic Conference and Expo," slated for June 21-23, 2010, at the Washington, DC Convention Center.

"Real Green Mid-Atlantic will highlight discussions that focus on real progress and real solutions to environmental concerns that our industries face every day.

The "Real Green Mid-Atlantic" conference committee is now accepting proposals for topics and presenters for the 2010 conference. Due to its location and commitment to regional sustainability topics and markets, competition for the limited number of time slots will be keen. Independent reviewers will look for the best of the best among the abstracts before recommending speakers and topics to the Program Committee for selection.

Deadline for receipt of abstracts is November 15, 2009.
