Call for Presentations at September 23rd Event

The National Capital Region chapter of the US Green Building Council is looking for info on the latest products, programs and services in sustainable design and building.

Our September 23 monthly chapter networking program is entitled "What's New in Sustainability?" The program is scheduled for 6-8 pm at the Knoll Showroom, located at 1050 K St., NW, Washington, DC.

The educational portion of the program will consist of 6 brief (10-minute) presentations on the latest technology in sustainable design, building and operations. Throughout the evening's program, product manufacturers, distributors and service providers may display product/service literature on table top displays in the showroom area.

In order to assemble a top slate of presentations needed for this program, we are issuing this Call for Presentations. If you wish to be considered as a presenter during the program, please submit a detailed, one-page description of your product, service or idea and a brief description of how it contributes to sustainability. Submissions must arrive at the NCR chapter office by no later than August 14. Please be sure to include the name and contact info for the individual who will deliver the presentation.
