Board Elections Announced

Applications to serve on the NCR chapter Board of Directors are now being accepted.

NCR members are invited to submit an application expressing interest in serving on the chapter's Board of Directors for 2009-2010. Board terms are two years. In 2009, five positions on the board are open for election. Candidates must be members of the chapter working for USGBC member firms.

The application requests background information such as prior service as a volunteer leader, experience with the chapter and with USBC and other factors.

Deadline for recent of applications is Friday, October 10.

The Nominating Committee will review all applications and may contact candidates for additional information, if necessary. All full members of the chapter may vote for the candidates. Elections will take place from October 27 to November 7. All votes are registered at USGBC and results of the election will be announced by November 12.
