Reporting Deadline for Energy Benchmarking is April 1st, 2013

By 2014, all commercial and multifamily buildings over 50,000 square feet in Washington DC will be required to report benchmarking data to the District on a yearly basis. All buildings over 100,000 gsf, including those who just reported in the fall, are required submit 2012 benchmarking data by April 1, 2013. Non-compliance may result in a fine of up to $100/day.
