Please join the USGBC-NCR Montgomery County Branch as we host members from Macris, Hendricks, & Glascock, P.A. (MHG) and Dan Coffey from Therrien Waddell, Inc. to discuss the updated new Maryland storm water management regulations. During the presentation MHG will discuss the new regulations as well as their implications to the planning, design, and review process. Therrien Waddell will present real world cost modeling to demonstrate how strategies can be used to mitigate the premium costs and integrate into the project's sustainability strategy. The focus will be on Maryland regulations and local jurisdictions. This presentation is approved by USGBC for continuing education credit.
