More than 300 people gathered in the atrium lobby of the World Bank in 2008 to network and to see the launch of the chapter's first Awards of Excellence program. We are going back to the World Bank this year to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere in an air conditioned environment. The Emerging Green Builders will once again display entries from their Design Competition and individuals, companies and projects will be recognized for excellence in sustainable design in the 2009 Awards of Excellence competition. Enjoy great food, open bar featuring beer, wine and cocktails and a dessert bar.
