Speakers:
Robert Glenn is a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with Jackson and Kelly PLLC headquartered in Martinsburg, WV. He, supported by the Jackson and Kelly Law Firm, are striving to assist with legal matters in the Green Building Industry for the Shenandoah Valley Region. With a vibrant interest in Green Building, Robert Glenn will give a presentation on Tax Incentives and Government Support for Green Building. Both Federal and State issues will be addressed, covering MD, VA and WV.
Andrew Grigsby founded Commonwealth Sustainability Works in 2001. Andrew previously served as program facilitator in the experimental education industry, and managed the Sustainable Communities Initiative of the City of Austin Texas. Andrew will cover the practical application of sustainable theory as it relates to incentives, grants and various means of peripheral support. Andrew holds a Master's Degree in Community and regional planning from the University of Texas and a Bachelor's Degree in social theory from Virginia Commonwealth University.
